Maine High School Football - Mountain Valley falls to Freeport

October 18, 2024: Rumford, ME 04276

The Freeport Falcons felled the host Mountain Valley Falcons football team by a score of 22-6 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Poland Knights (Poland, ME) in a D South challenge, on Friday, October 25. Freeport will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 44-30 league loss to Dirigo (Dixfield, ME).

The Falcons (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME). The Huskies go into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record.
