California High School Football - Strathmore tops Granite Hills

October 18, 2024: Porterville, CA 93257

The Strathmore Spartans football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Granite Hills Grizzlies to 19 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corcoran for a East Sequoia test on Friday, October 25. Strathmore will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 27-14 league win over Orosi (Orosi, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-3.

With the defeat, Granite Hills drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Lindsay (Lindsay, CA) to meet the Cardinals in a East Sequoia test on Friday, October 25. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 5-3. Lindsay lost 21-17 in their recent league test against Orange Cove (Orange Cove, CA)
