The Irving Tigers got by the visiting Nimitz Vikings football team by a score of 39-37 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Berkner Rams (Richardson, TX) in a 6A Region I District 7 challenge, on Friday, October 25. Irving will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Rams go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 26-20 league loss to Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX).
