The Jefferson Cavaliers were victorious over the host Rapid City Central Cobblers football team by a score of 39-13 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD) in a Metro challenge, on Thursday, October 24. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Lynx enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 21-7 league win over Harrisburg (Harrisburg, SD).
The Cobblers (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Stevens (Rapid City, SD). The Raiders enter the Metro challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Stevens lost by O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD), 48-0, in a league challenge.
