Illinois High School Football - Peotone triumphant over Lisle

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Peotone Blue Devils (Peotone, IL) and the host Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL), witnessed Peotone's football squad wallop Lisle by a count of 42-10.

The Blue Devils (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Herscher (Herscher, IL). The Tigers enter the Illinois Central Eight contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Herscher was routed by Coal City (Coal City, IL), 55-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Lions confront the Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) in a Illinois Central Eight contest, on Friday, October 25. Lisle will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Comets enter the contest with a 0-8 record after their 18-13 league loss to Streator (Streator, IL).
