Nevada High School Football - Mater Academy East Las Vegas defeated by Virgin Valley

October 18, 2024: Las Vegas, NV 89110

The Virgin Valley Bulldogs were victorious over the host Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights football team by a score of 37-16 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Moapa Valley Pirates (Overton, NV) in a 3A Southern challenge, on Thursday, October 24. Virgin Valley will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 34-6 league win over Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (Las Vegas, NV).

The Knights (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Sports Leadership & Management (Henderson, NV). The Bulls enter the 3A Southern challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Sports Leadership & Management ran past Boulder City (Boulder City, NV), 42-6, in a league challenge.
