Colorado High School Football - Sedgwick County sneaks past Merino

October 18, 2024: Merino, CO 80741

The Sedgwick County Cougars football squad scored 6 points and limited the host Merino Rams to 0 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Akron for a A-8 Plains (8 Man) test on Friday, October 25. Sedgwick County will meet a Rams squad coming off a 32-14 league win over Dayspring Christian Academy (Greeley, CO). The Rams record now stands at 6-1.

With the defeat, Merino drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Akron (Akron, CO) to meet the Rams in a A-8 Plains (8 Man) test on Friday, November 1. The Rams come into the test with a record of 6-1.
