The Riverside Rangers walloped the visiting Mountain View Lobos football team by a score of 48-7 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Rangers play the Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX) in a 4A-1 Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, October 25. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Panthers go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 31-14 league win over Irvin (El Paso, TX).
The Lobos (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bowie (El Paso, TX). The Bears go into the 4A-1 Region I District 1 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Bowie bounced San Elizario (San Elizario, TX), 47-40, in a league challenge.
