The Southwind Jaguars football squad scored 41 points and limited the visiting Overton Wolverines to 0 in the Jaguars league triumph on Friday.

The Jaguars now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Kirby for a non-league test on Friday, October 25. Southwind will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 36-0 non-league loss to Memphis Business Academy (Memphis, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.

With the defeat, Overton drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Fairley (Memphis, TN) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 7-0. Fairley won 72-8 in their recent league test against Bluff City (Memphis, TN)
