California High School Football - St. Augustine edged by Point Loma

The Point Loma Pointers got by the visiting St. Augustine Saints football team by a score of 21-16 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Pointers face the La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 25. Point Loma will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Vikings go into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 44-14 non-league win over Francis Parker (San Diego, CA).

The Saints (0-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (San Diego, CA). The Hornets go into the Western challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln nipped Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA), 27-7, in a league challenge.
