The Rome Wolves football squad scored 63 points and limited the host South Paulding Spartans to 0 in the Wolves league triumph on Friday.
The Wolves now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host New Manchester for a AAAAA Region 5 test on Friday, October 25. Rome will meet a Jaguar squad coming off a 21-20 league win over Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Jaguar record now stands at 7-1.
With the defeat, South Paulding drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Spartans host East Paulding (Dallas, GA) to meet the Raiders in a AAAAA Region 5 test on Friday, October 25.
