Sullivan-Okaw Valley/Bethany Redskins (Sullivan, IL) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] Titans (Kansas, IL), 47-12 in a league battle.

With the win, Sullivan-Okaw Valley/Bethany advances its record to 8-0 on the season. The Redskins host Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL) to play the Knights in a Lincoln Prairie battle on Friday, October 25. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 8-0. Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond won 57-10 in their recent league battle against Arcola (Arcola, IL)

The Titans now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Villa Grove for a Lincoln Prairie battle on Friday, October 25. Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 34-14 league loss to Sangamon Valley/Tri-City (Niantic, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-7.
