Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the St. Mary's Academy Wildcats (Englewood, CO) and the host Eagle Ridge Academy Warriors (Brighton, CO), observed St. Mary's Academy's volleyball team hold off Eagle Ridge Academy by a count of 2-1.

The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Stargate School (Thornton, CO). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Stargate School got by Colorado Academy (Denver, CO), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Warriors battle the Forge Christian Fury (Arvada, CO) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 23. Eagle Ridge Academy will attempt to move on its 4-13 season record. The Fury enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Stargate School (Thornton, CO).
