Lacey Township Lions (Lanoka Harbor, NJ) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Middletown South Eagles (Middletown, NJ), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Lacey Township advances its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Central Regional (Bayville, NJ) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a Shore A - South test on Tuesday, October 22. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 9-4. Central Regional won 2-0 in their recent league test against Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ)

The Eagles now have a 8-5 record.
