In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Kaneland Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Antioch Sequoits.

The Knights (21-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 16-11 record. In their last challenge, Stevenson beat Zion-Benton (Zion, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Sequoits play the Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 19. Antioch will attempt to upgrade on its 13-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 8-18 record after their 2-1 league loss to Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL).
