Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Glenbard West improves its record to 22-7 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Naperville Central (Naperville, IL) to face the Redhawks in a non-league test on Friday, October 18. The Redhawks go into the test with a record of 18-9. Naperville Central won 2-0 in their recent league test against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL)

The Blue Thunder now own a 12-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barrington for a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. Belvidere North will face a Fillies/Broncos squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Fillies/Broncos record now stands at 21-8.
