South Carolina High School Volleyball - Cardinal Newman over Palmetto Christian Academy

In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Cardinal Newman Cardinals volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Palmetto Christian Academy .

The Cardinals (32-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwood Academy (Charleston, SC). The Chargers enter the non-league challenge with a 13-7 record. In their last challenge, Northwood Academy was beaten by Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the meet the Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 19. Palmetto Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 25-11 season record. The Cyclones enter the challenge with a 23-12 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC).
