In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Kingston Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the New Paltz Huguenots.
The Tigers (6-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Marlboro Central (Marlboro, NY). The Dukes come into the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Marlboro Central lost by Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Huguenots play the Millbrook Blazers (Millbrook, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 19. New Paltz will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Blazers come into the challenge with a 7-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mount Academy (Esopus, NY).
