The Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Madeira Snails to 1 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now have a 7-24 record. They play next when they host Washington Christian Academy for a Potomac Valley outing on Wednesday, October 23. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Washington International (Washington, DC). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Madeira drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Snails travel to St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD) to play the Lions in a ISL outing on Tuesday, October 22. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 5-2. St. Andrew's Episcopal lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Bullis (Potomac, MD)
