The Raymond/South Bend Ravens football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Columbia Bruins to 13 in the Ravens non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Ravens now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Forks for a 2B Central - North test on Friday, October 24. Raymond/South Bend will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 34-9 league loss to Pe Ell/Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-7.
The Bruins (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA). The Trappers go into the 1A Trico test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Fort Vancouver was overwhelmed by Castle Rock (Castle Rock, WA), 59-0, in a league test.
