Texas High School Football - Sabinal trounces D'Hanis

October 18, 2025: D'Hanis, TX 78850

In Saturday's league match, the visiting Sabinal Yellowjackets football squad scored a decisive 49-14 triumph over the D'Hanis Cowboys.

The Yellowjackets (4-4) will now prepare for their match against La Pryor (La Pryor, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A-2 Region IV District 14 match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, La Pryor was crushed by D'Hanis (D'Hanis, TX), 27-26, in a league battle.

The Cowboys now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Junction for a 2A-2 Region IV District 14 battle on Friday, October 24. D'Hanis will play a Eagles team coming off a 58-13 league win over Brackett (Brackettville, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-0.
