Colorado High School Football - Walsh smashes Hanover

The Walsh Eagles (Walsh, CO) football trounced the visiting Hanover Hornets (Colorado Springs, CO), 62-26 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Eagles now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Cheraw for a A-6 Southeast (6 Man) outing on Friday, October 24. Walsh will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 67-37 non-league loss to Deer Trail (Deer Trail, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-8.

The Hornets (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Cheyenne Wells (Cheyenne Wells, CO). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Cheyenne Wells overwhelmed Granada (Granada, CO), 52-0, in a league game.
