California High School Flag Football - Vanden prevails Freedom

October 18, 2025: Oakley, CA 94561

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Vanden Vikings flag football squad scored a good 18-0 triumph over the Freedom Falcons.

The Vikings (16-7) will now prepare for their match against Heritage (Brentwood, CA). The Patriots come into the non-league match with a 12-2 record. In their last match, Heritage defeated Deer Valley (Antioch, CA), 32-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Falcons meet the Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 20. Freedom will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 7-9 record after their 23-0 league loss to Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA).
