Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) and the host Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV), saw University's soccer squad triumph over Grafton by a count of 5-0.

The Hawks (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV). The Cougars enter the non-league battle with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, Jefferson was overwhelmed by Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV), 4-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bearcats battle the Brooke Bruins (Wellsburg, WV) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 21. Grafton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Bruins enter the battle with a 9-8 record after their 0-0 non-league Oak Glen (New Cumberland, WV).
