Michigan High School Volleyball - South Lyon East over Anchor Bay

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting South Lyon East Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Anchor Bay Tars.

With the win, South Lyon East advances its record to 34-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Cass Tech (Detroit, MI) to face the Technicians in a non-league test on Saturday, October 18. The Technicians go into the test with a record of 10-14. Cass Tech won 3-0 in their recent league test against Osborn (Detroit, MI)

The Tars now sport a 15-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host L'Anse Creuse North for a Macomb Area - Red test on Tuesday, October 21. Anchor Bay will confront a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Regina (Warren, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 19-8.
