Illinois High School Volleyball - Barrington tips Hononegah

The Barrington Fillies/Broncos volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Hononegah Indians to 1 in the Fillies/Broncos non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Fillies/Broncos now sport a 21-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Geneva for a non-league game on Saturday, October 18. Barrington will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Metea Valley (Aurora, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 15-14.

The Indians (21-10) will now prepare for their game against Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Vikings enter the Northern Illinois NIC-10 game with a 21-9 record. In their last game, Guilford held off Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
