With the win, Benjamin Franklin improves its record to 17-12 on the season. The Falcons host Warren Easton (New Orleans, LA) to face the Fighting Eagles in a Division II District 9 test on Monday, October 20. The Fighting Eagles go into the test with a record of 9-8.

The Golden Tors now own a 13-23 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carencro for a Division I District 3 challenge on Tuesday, October 21. Sulphur will meet a Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pineville (Pineville, LA). The Bears record now stands at 15-11.
