The Morton Potters volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Carrollton Hawks to 0 in the Potters non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Potters now have a 26-3 record. They play next when they host Dunlap for a Mid-Illini outing on Tuesday, October 21. Morton will play a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Freeport (Freeport, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 22-9.

The Hawks (23-5) will now prepare for their game against Gillespie (Gillespie, IL). The Miners go into the non-league game with a 10-18 record. In their last game, Gillespie gained a win over Vandalia (Vandalia, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
