With the win, La Salle Institute improves its record to 16-7 on the season. The Cadets travel to Johnstown (Johnstown, NY) to encounter the Sir Bills in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 18. The Sir Bills go into the battle with a record of 1-7. Johnstown lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Gloversville (Gloversville, NY)

The Bulldogs now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Duanesburg for a Section 2 Western - Northern contest on Tuesday, October 21. Cobleskill-Richmondville will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to La Salle Institute (Troy, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 5-10.
