North Carolina High School Volleyball - Murphy tips Elkin

The Murphy Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 11-11 record. They play next when they travel to Cornerstone Charter for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 21. Murphy will play a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 23-4.

With the loss, Elkin falls to 9-16 on the year.
