    In Saturday's non-league match, the North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Goldsboro Cougars (Goldsboro, NC), by a count of 3-0.

    Next up, the Mustangs battle the Heide Trask Titans (Rocky Point, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 21. North Moore will attempt to move on its 14-8 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 14-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Pender (Burgaw, NC).

    With the loss, Goldsboro drops to 6-15 on the campaign.
