In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Porter Ridge Pirates.

The Ragin' Bulls (21-7) will now prepare for their test against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 19-5 record. In their last test, North Mecklenburg gained a win over Independence (Charlotte, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Pirates now sport a 4-20 record.
