In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Litchfield Terriers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Homer Trojans.

The Terriers (7-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Will Carleton Academy (Hillsdale, MI). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 16-5 record. In their last challenge, Will Carleton Academy lost by Pittsford (Pittsford, MI), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans play the Jonesville Comets (Jonesville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 18. Homer will attempt to upgrade on its 21-16 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 14-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI).
