The Emeralds (13-10) will now prepare for their contest against Negaunee (Negaunee, MI). The Miners enter the Mid-Peninsula contest with a 16-6 record. In their last battle, Negaunee achieved victory over Jeffers (Painesdale, MI), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now own a 14-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rogers City for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 18. Inland Lakes will encounter a Hurons squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Atlanta (Atlanta, MI). The Hurons record now stands at 1-15.
