Illinois High School Volleyball - Joliet Catholic over Schaumburg

The Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Schaumburg Saxons to 0 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hilltoppers now possess a 5-21 record. They play next when they host Benet Academy for a East Suburban Catholic outing on Tuesday, October 21. Joliet Catholic will play a Redwings team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Tournament Opponent (, ). The Redwings record now stands at 31-2.

With the loss, Schaumburg drops to 14-20 on the campaign. The Saxons host Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL) to play the Bison in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 21. The Bison come into the outing with a record of 12-15. Buffalo Grove lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Fremd (Palatine, IL)
