The Maranatha Christian Academy Knights volleyball squad (Princeton, WV), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Seneca Trail Christian Academy Trailblazers (Ronceverte, WV)

The Trailblazers (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Lewisburg Baptist Academy (Lewisburg, WV). The Lions enter the West Virginia Christian challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Lewisburg Baptist Academy was tipped by Victory Baptist Academy (Beaver, WV), 3-0, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights face the New Life Christian Academy Lions (Summersville, WV) in a West Virginia Christian test, on Saturday, October 18. Maranatha Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pipestem Christian Academy (Pipestem, WV).
