The Oswego Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Moline Maroons to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 22-11 record. They play next when they travel to Edwardsville for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 18. Oswego will play a Tigers team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Belleville East (Belleville, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 18-8.

With the loss, Moline drops to 11-15 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Galesburg (Galesburg, IL) to play the Silver Streaks in a Western Big 6 game on Tuesday, October 21. The Silver Streaks go into the game with a record of 13-18. Galesburg lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Glenwood (Chatham, IL)
