The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) and the host Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL), saw Normal Community's volleyball squad notch a victory over Prairie Ridge by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Normal Community improves its record to 27-5 on the season. The Ironmen host Danville (Danville, IL) to meet the Vikings in a Big Twelve contest on Tuesday, October 21. The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 3-21.

Next, the Wolves meet the Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL) in a Fox Valley test, on Tuesday, October 21. Prairie Ridge will attempt to improve on its 26-6 season record. The Chargers go into the test with a 15-17 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Elgin (Elgin, IL).
