The Eastside Spartans football squad scored 28 points and restricted the visiting Thomas Walker Pioneers to 18 in the Spartans league victory on Thursday.

The Spartans now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Auburn for a non-league battle on Friday, October 27. Eastside will face a Eagles squad coming off a 49-13 league loss to Grayson County (Independence, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-6.
