In Thursday's league match, the visiting Piedmont Wildcats football squad scored a big 55-0 victory over the Shawnee Wolves.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish (Oklahoma City, OK) in a 5A District 2 match, on Friday, October 27. Piedmont will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Fighting Irish enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 70-0 league win over Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK).
The Wolves (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK). The Spartans enter the 5A District 2 match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Southeast was crushed by Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK), 70-0, in a league match.
