Washington, DC High School Volleyball - Bard edged by Banneker

The Banneker Bulldogs held off the host Bard Falcons volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering for a DCIAA test on Tuesday, October 24. Banneker will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Anacostia (Washington, DC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-9.
The Falcons (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Bell (Washington, DC). The Griffins enter the DCIAA test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Bell was nudged by McKinley Tech (Washington, DC), 2-1, in a league test.
