The Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves held off the visiting Fergus Falls Otters volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wolves now have a 10-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Park Rapids for a non-league test on Thursday, October 19. Walker-Hackensack-Akeley will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 9-13.
The Otters (5-21) will now prepare for their test against Park Rapids (Park Rapids, MN). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 9-13 record. In their last test, Park Rapids was nudged by East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN), 3-1, in a non-league test.
