Maine High School Football - Winslow smashes Belfast

The Winslow Black Raiders (Winslow, ME) football trounced the visiting Belfast Lions (Belfast, ME), 48-6 in Saturday's league outing.

The Black Raiders now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Old Town for a D North outing on Friday, October 25. Winslow will clash with a Coyotes squad coming off a 21-6 league loss to Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Coyotes record now stands at 4-4.

With the defeat, Belfast drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Lions host Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league outing on Friday, October 25. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 5-2. Medomak Valley won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Lisbon/St. Dominic (Lisbon Falls, ME)
