Pennsylvania High School Football - Monessen overwhelmed by Bishop Canevin

The Bishop Canevin Crusaders walloped the visiting Monessen Greyhounds football team by a score of 56-20 in Saturday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Burgettstown Blue Devils (Burgettstown, PA) in a WPIAL A Black Hills challenge, on Friday, October 25. Bishop Canevin will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 33-25 league loss to Serra Catholic (McKeesport, PA).
The Greyhounds (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cornell (Coraopolis, PA). The Raiders enter the WPIAL A Black Hills challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Cornell bounced Chartiers-Houston (Houston, PA), 46-14, in a league challenge.
