In Saturday's league match, the visiting Herkimer Magicians football squad scored a good 22-7 triumph over the Westmoreland/Oriskany Bulldogs.
The Magicians (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Hannibal (Hannibal, NY). The Warriors come into the non-league match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, Hannibal was beaten by Sandy Creek (Sandy Creek, NY), 53-3, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs meet the Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams (DeWitt, NY) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 24. Westmoreland/Oriskany will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
