New Mexico High School Football - Menaul holds off Questa

October 19, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87107

The Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM) football tipped the visiting Questa Wildcats (Questa, NM), 15-12 in Saturday's league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cloudcroft for a 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) outing on Friday, October 25. Menaul will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 64-0 league loss to Fort Sumner/House (Fort Sumner, NM). The Bears record now stands at 1-7.

With the defeat, Questa drops to 5-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Clayton (Clayton, NM) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) outing on Friday, October 25. The Yellowjackets come into the outing with a record of 6-2. Clayton won 46-0 in their recent league outing against Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM)
