The Springboro Panthers football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Centerville Elks to 20 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now hold a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Miamisburg for a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. Springboro will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 48-13 non-league loss to Northmont (Clayton, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 0-8.

With the defeat, Centerville drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Elks travel to Troy (Troy, OH) to meet the Trojans in a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 6-1. Troy won 22-12 in their recent non-league test against Butler (Vandalia, OH)
