The Cardinals now hold a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Euclid for a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. Mentor will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 14-12 non-league win over Chaney (Youngstown, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Strongsville drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Brunswick (Brunswick, OH) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 3-4. Brunswick lost 18-7 in their recent non-league test against Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH)
