The Lions now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Iona Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. Monsignor Farrell will meet a Gaels squad coming off a 28-14 non-league win over Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY). The Gaels record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, Kellenberg Memorial drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to Moore Catholic (Staten Island, NY) to meet the Mavericks in a non-league test on Saturday, October 26. The Mavericks come into the test with a record of 4-2. Moore Catholic won 38-0 in their recent non-league test against St. John the Baptist (West Islip, NY)
