In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lindbergh Flyers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Bernie Mules.

The Flyers (13-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Dexter (Dexter, MO). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, Dexter beat Woodland (Marble Hill, MO), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mules meet the Saxony Lutheran Crusaders (Jackson, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 19. Bernie will attempt to upgrade on its 19-7 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Scott City (Scott City, MO).
